Customer Care will initiate a search for the designated customer account within MetriCRM and subsequently generate the required quotation as needed.
ESCALATE TO DTP TEAM
After confirming order details and receiving payment, an invoice is generated. Customer Care then escalates the invoice to the DTP (Data Transfer Protocol) team
AUTO ROUTING
The MetriCRM system will automatically route invoices to members of the DTP and Production teams.
ESCALATE TO LOGISTICS TEAM
After production is finished, the Customer Care department updates the invoice. Subsequently, members of the production team escalate the invoice to the Logistics team
COMPLETION STAGE
The MetriCRM system will automatically route invoices to a member of the Logistics team.
